There is always plenty of parking all over.  There is also an assigned covered parking spot.

Basically if you leave the unit as you found it a full refund of your damage deposit will be fully refunded back to you within 5 days of leaving.  I charge a damage deposit because I allow pets and pets can do mistakes.

Keys, codes, parking location and directions will be provided after deposit is obtained.  

I live very close-by and I am able to provide assistance when needed.  There is basically no shop that isn't within a few minutes or few miles, so everything is handy to obtain such as batteries, bulbs, filters, and so forth.  Less than 1 mile: medical, pharmacy, grocery, coffee, bank, gas & cleansers.  250 restaurants within 5 miles.  45 golf courses within 10 miles

See description.  Unit has KING bed with a pull open sofa that 2 children would sleep comfortably on.

Serene and zen-like walk-out patio to beautiful gardens full of woodpeckers, love birds, hummingbirds and walking pathways throughout.  

I do not provide any highchairs or cribs.  There is a Walmart about 1 mile away.  This is not a baby-proof condo.

I will allow dogs but they may not bark & whine if you leave them in the unit.  If they cause a disruption and management is notified, I will be charged a fine and that will be passed onto you, the owner.  

There are no parties allowed.  This community is very quiet, serene and peaceful due to the fact surrounding neighbors like it that way which provides a beautiful environment for all.  

Personally I am not against smoking BUT you may not in any way smoke or vape in the unit.  this mean NO vaping, no cigars, no cigarettes, no weed & no marijuana.  Again, I am not against these things but they are not allowed in the unit nor on the patio.  You may walk the grounds and do so or the gazebo a few steps away or the other many areas around.  

The unit can be accessed by wheelchair as it is street level.  there are no stairs. 

Electronic entry locks means no key needed to carry or worry about

I have lived in Sunny Scottsdale almost 20 years.  I don't think I could ever leave!  I never get tired of the mountains, sunsets, serene sunrises, peaceful palm trees, the cute hummingbirds, amazing wild lovebirds, the perfect winters and the constant sunshine!  I only bought my first ever place less than 2 years ago, which is this very perfect little cozy condo.  I was so very lucky to get such a fantastic location, which is close to absolutely everything.  I initially bought the condo for myself after a divorce and thought is was beyond the perfect fit for me!  But life had other (amazing) plans for me and I live nearby.  I am able to offer this unique condo in an astounding setting to others who will appreciate its Zen-like surroundings.
